There’s a dark, swampy, foggy atmosphere that lingers around in this Hungarian street artist’s work, and I mean that in the most positive way!
Contrary to what I thought, just based on his tag, his name is FAT HEAT, not just HEAT. Turns out, I wasn’t completely wrong though. He explains it in an interview with him on the “I support street art website”:
The HEAT part comes from letters that I love to paint. And FAT part came later when I figured out that there is couple more writers using the name “Heat” out in the world. So I put the FAT prefix to it.
As a kick-ass artist and a lover of music, he really belongs at Roskilde Festival. Because the Roskilde Festival website is not yet up-to-date when it comes to the street artists, I can’t confirm yet if he will actually be making an artistic contribution to the festival this year. I can confirm he was around the last two years and know he loves the festival, so I think our chances are good!
